Uttam is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor with over 20 years of experience in risk management, compliance, business continuity, internal audit, quality management and strategic management. He has held leadership and senior management roles in a number of leading organisations in Australia including ASIC, CBHS Group and the National Childcare Accreditation Council.
He has held Chief Risk Officer positions for a number of APRA regulated financial institutions and not-for-profit organisations where he was responsible for overseeing and managing the organisation’s risk management strategy, ensuring the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks to align with the company’s objectives and regulatory requirements.
