Tony Harb is InConsult’s founding Director. He leads InConsult’s service delivery covering all 2nd line services including enterprise risk management, cyber risk management, business continuity, climate change and fraud and corruption control.
Tony boasts a distinguished career spanning 35 years in professional services and insurance, with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Renowned for his passion for risk management, Tony has been instrumental in guiding organisations through complex risk management challenges, ensuring robust strategies are effectively implemented to safeguard their interests. His profound understanding of the intricacies and critical success factors required in professional services, strategy formulation and strategy execution has helped position InConsult as a leader and trusted advisor, consistently delivering high quality services that exceed what is delivered by much large consulting firms.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tony is deeply committed to volunteering, not-for-profit and community service organisations. He has been a dedicated volunteer for over 15 years with the NSW State Emergency Service (NSW SES). This reflects his passion for contributing to the welfare of society, particularly in times of crisis. Tony’s dual commitment to professional excellence and community well-being underscores his values and holistic approach to leadership, making him a respected figure both within the consulting industry and the broader community.
